We are an integrated OEM & ODM export partner for pet grooming and care — deodorant sprays, cleansing mousses, shampoos, and oral care products. We are not a single-factory operator — we manage the full chain: formulation selection, compliance documentation, production coordination at qualified GMP partner facilities, QC, and international shipping. You work with one contract and one account team; we orchestrate the rest.

Production is carried out at vetted partner facilities that meet our qualification checklist (GMP alignment, pet-care relevant experience, documentation traceability). Before your first order, we share facility profile, applicable certificates, and sample COA workflow. The facility name on export and compliance documents will be disclosed during supplier qualification and reflected in your contract and PI.

Yes. Production site visits at partner facilities can be arranged by appointment once we are in serious discussion or under NDA. We coordinate schedules, interpreters if needed, and an agenda covering production lines, QC points, and documentation. Our registered office in Guangzhou (Baiyun District) handles commercial and project management; the visit targets the actual partner production site for your SKU.

FDA facility registration (where applicable under MoCRA/VCRP) is held by our qualified production partners for cosmetic/pet grooming products. We provide registration details and supporting documents during qualification — including which facility applies to your product. Our role is to ensure labeling, listings, and export dossiers align with the registered manufacturing site.

Yes — at partner facility level. We provide certificate PDFs, scope, validity dates, and issuing body during supplier onboarding. We also support third-party audits (SGS, Intertek, or your nominated agency) before shipment.

We provide references after mutual NDA and serious project scope, respecting client confidentiality. We can also share redacted case summaries (market, product type, timeline) on our Insights section. Standard ODM deodorant and grooming lines start from 1,000 units. Oral care lines (oral spray, dental gel) start from 2,000 units. Custom formula development: from 2,000 units. OEM with your formula: typically from 5,000 units. Repeat orders and scaling are flexible based on forecast.

Deodorant and grooming ODM samples: 7–10 business days after requirements confirmed. Oral care samples: 10–14 business days. Custom prototypes: 2–4 weeks. Shipped via express courier with tracking; sample invoices available for your accounting.

ODM formulas are licensed per agreement — we define exclusivity by market/channel in the contract. OEM: your IP remains yours under NDA. Custom development: IP terms negotiated upfront (exclusive vs semi-exclusive).

Four layers: (1) incoming material QC at partner facility, (2) in-process checks during filling/packaging, (3) finished goods inspection against AQL, (4) optional third-party pre-shipment inspection. We share inspection reports and hold production if specs fail.

Claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery with photos, batch codes, and COA reference. We investigate with the production site, provide root-cause and CAPA, and agree remediation per contract — rework, replacement, or credit. We recommend third-party inspection for first orders to reduce dispute risk.

Yes — bottle, label artwork, multilingual packaging, eco materials, retail-ready secondary packaging. We coordinate design proof, supplier MOQ, and production slot with packaging partners.
